• Cancellation is not allowed in any case.
• Should the Government increase its tax from the present level, the hotel reserves the right to adjust its tax rates accordingly.
• Children (3 to 12 years old only) sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding are free of charge. Breakfast is not included for children – 50% discount for breakfast will be granted to children.
• Early check out– extra charge for 1 night will be applied.

• Maximum 2 children (age between 3 – 12 years old) sharing room with 2 adults, with 1 extra bed
• Infant (under 3 years old), 1 baby cot – free of charge.
Check-in & Check-out time
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. (arrival) & check-out 12:00 hrs.(departure)
• Early check-in before 10:00 hrs. will be charged 100% of room rate.
• Early check-in after 10:00 hrs. till 14.00. will be charged 50% of room rate.
• Late check-out after 12.00 hrs. till 18.00 hrs. will be charged 50% of room rate.
• Late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged 100% of room rate.
Note to conference delegates
• The discounted rates is only applicable when delegates book the conference hotel accommodation on the conference website via conference organisers.
• Delegates must verify the details with the conference hotel before booking (if required). The conference organiser will not be responsible for any mismatch.
